Susan Boyle - I Dreamed A Dream

This is the kind of story you love to read. Dowdy, 48 years old and never been kissed, Susan Boyle of Scotland shocked the pants off the judges and the audience of Britain’s Got Talent when she gave the performance of a lifetime. Susan sang the very beautiful and very difficult “I Dreamed A Dream” from Les Miserables (a musical I grew up singing along with) and received a standing ovation and glowing praise from the bewildered and quite obviously moved set of judges – even the cynical Simon Cowell. There’s really nothing more to say about it – you just need to watch it. If you don’t get the chills then you’re probably dead inside. I hope this is just the first of many times I will hear about Susan Boyle and her beautiful voice.
