Susan Boyle was at it again today with her performance of “Memories” from Cats that earned her a spot in the finals for Britain’s Got Talent. Boyle seemed much more serious and controlled this time around (if a bit nervous), perhaps because she now has something to lose, and she sang well overall and received glowing praise from the judges. At a long pause in the song she received resounding applause and cheers which were reminiscent of her first shocking performance on BGT of “I Dreamed A Dream” from Les Miserables.
Will her popularity as an underdog and internet sensation be enough to crown her the winner? The real question is – is she still living up to everyone’s expectations in this second performance? Watch and decide for yourself after the jump.
